What is your refund policy?

Registrants who cancel by December 31 will receive a refund of 95% of the amount paid, not including processing fees. On or after January 1, refunds are granted for instances of bona fide emergencies, and the amount of the refund may vary. Please do not abuse this provision. Thank you!

Can I volunteer?

Volunteers! Whether you’re local or live across the sea, we’d love to have your help with set-up, tear-down, driving to/from the airport, or other tasks that help Superstars to run smoothly. It’s a great way to connect with other Tribe members and give back. We appreciate your help!

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a discount for current students and for members of the military, active or retired. We also offer a number of scholarships each year for new members. Applications for the scholarships open in the spring and recipients are notified by late summer.

Where will Superstars be Held and Where can I stay?

We will be in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO, at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel, at 3225 Broadmoor Valley Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906. To take advantage of our special conference rate, look for the booking link on our registration page.

How can I upgrade my registration?

You can log into the registration page at any time and upgrade your registration from there. You can add events, like a Banquet or Eggs Benedict breakfast, as long as there are spaces available.
